Tornados?

Well we sure had an interesting introduction to Colorado. Yesterday a little after noon I got a call from Jen as I was sitting down to lunch, wondering if we were ok. Of course we are ok I thought and then Jen proceeded to inform me that she just saw on the news that we were in a tornado warning. So I turned on the news and sure enought we were. Derrick's work went into a lock down situation twice where everyone was asked to go to the middle of the building away from the windows. No tornados hit in the city where we live and Derrick and I are ok but there were about 7- 10 tornados that touched down all around us. These are pictures of a tornado just 12 miles west of us which is very close to the city we were looking at buying a house in but then decided not to. There was only one person killed in the storms but our prayers are with those who have been effected by the storms.

Hey, I don't know how to reply when people leave me comments on my blog. So . . . we don't know what Greg and Brooke are having. They think they are having a boy but they aren't finding out this time around. Brave huh?! Greg wants a surprise.
