It sure is hard to beleive that two weeks have gone by since Jayden was born. Everything is going well and we sure did appreciate all the help from family we received. My (Catherine's) parents were up here for a week and then Derrick's mother was here for about 4 days. The help was wonderful and helped us prepare for life with a newborn. Jayden is eating great. At an appointment I had yesterday they said he was already 7lb 7 oz. He is a sweet baby and I feel very lucky to have him. He has been sleeping fairly well. Most nights he will eat at 12:00am and then let me sleep till 5:00am. That sure makes me happy. I am feeling great. I am still a little tired but I my stitches don't hurt any more and I am able to fit into pre-pregnancy clothes. Derrick has been an amazing help and is a champion diaper changer. Each day as I look at our baby boy I am amazed at what an wonderful gift he is and it strengthens my testimony that we are all children of our Heavenly Father. Being a parent has helped me realize to a certain degree how much our Heavnly Father loves each of us and wants nothing but the best.

Congrats!!! Oh he is so perfect! Oh we are so excited for you guys. What a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow together. PLease more pictures!!! ASAP! Oh yeah and the Wights are going great. Kirs is going to be enduced Thurday!! I'll keep ya updated.
