Our little man is finally here. Jayden was born on 8/5/08 at 3:27 pm. He may have been a week late but when he decided that he wanted to come he sure did. Catherine was in labor for about 5.5 hours and went through 19 min of pushing with no pain meds. Jayden is doing great and is very healthy. Catherine is recovering well and is kept busy feeding Jayden. Derrick is keeping busy by changing diapers and doing cord care. We are very excited that the little man is here and are greatful for the wonderful experience it is to be parents.

Yay for a speedy delivery, even if he took his time coming, its worth it when they're ready. I think my Brogan would have been a week late as well. They probably would have done a csection if he was though, because he was getting too big for me. my water broke early though so it was Pitocin for me for 28 hours. (1 hour of pushing).
YEAH! Nate and I are so happy for both of you! Jayden looks healthy and I'm sure you guys are so happy to finally have him here. Hope all is well! We miss you!
Congrats! We are so excited for you guys and I have to admit that I am pretty jealous that her delivery was so quick and easy. Wish you both the very best with the new little one. You'll find that no matter how little sleep you are running on that life has truly never been better. We miss you both!
Congrats you guys!!!! Wow, no pain medication?!!!!! That is too crazy! At least he came out fast, I pushed for almost three hours when I had my baby! I think I would have died with out the epidural! Good luck with new little one!

Yeah! Congratulations!! We are so excited that your little guy is here. He is so cute with all that hair. Lucky. Wow you had a fast labor Catherine. Way to go doing it without pain meds. You're amazing. Well, good luck parenting for the rest of your lives. You'll do great.
Hey I just remembered that I had a dream about you guys last night. We lived in the same complex and I got to meet little Jayden. So weird, because I had forgotten all about it until I looked at your blog tonight.
Hey guys! We can't get over Jayden's adorable hair - I love it!! So glad we got to see him before we left. Good luck with the little guy - you guys will be great parents!
